At Elevate, we're all about process. Our organized onboarding gets clients marketing-ready in 30 days so we can start the elevation ASAP. You won't get wishy-washy, gut-reaction strategies here.
Without a purposeful launch, your marketing may gain some momentum but will ultimately float aimlessly in space. The last thing you want is to spend time and budget on marketing only to end right back at square one. What you need is a strategy and a plan. That's why we created a three-step Discovery Phase process. It's designed not only for our team to meaningfully understand your brand, but also for your team to deeply understand our process.
Most marketing agencies spend 90+ days and a bunch of budget to onboard their clients, but we're not that type of girl. 💅 A clear process keeps us efficient and effective.
Marketing Onboarding Process
As a center-brained marketing agency, we're inspired by creative and driven by data, so it's important to us to understand our clients holistically before we begin marketing execution. Our exploratory Discovery Phase starts with an educational Digital Mindmap, moves on to an inspirational Creative Mindmap and ends with an analytical Roadmap.
Digital Mindmap
Step 1: a 1.5-hour session where we explore your marketing goals, current channels and the entire marketing universe—including online and offline. No matter what you know about marketing, there is always something to glean from this informative session.
Creative Mindmap
Step 2: a 1.5-hour workshop where we conduct creative exercises to understand your brand identity, from vernacular and vision to products and personas. No two Creative Mindmaps are the same because we custom-tailored the session to your needs!
Roadmap
Step 3: a 2-hour data-driven presentation where we show you plenty of sexy charts and graphs overlaid with our experts' marketing insights. After we walk you through the report, we'll schedule a call to review a custom scope of work (SOW) based on our discoveries.
Marketing Elevation
Once we've completed the two Mindmaps, presented our Roadmap and shown you the path ahead with our detailed SOW, the Discovery Phase is over! But then the real work begins.
After we're on the same page about what our team will execute and what your team will take in-house or delegate to other teams (we play well in the sandbox with others), your assigned Account Manager will send over a contract so we're off to the races!
