Singleton Schreiber
Marketing case study
Singleton Schreiber is a client-centered law firm specializing in fire litigation, mass torts, personal injury, civil rights and environmental law. In fact, they’re one of the top wildfire firms in California. They pride themselves on protecting people against corporate wrongdoing. In late 2022, Singleton Schreiber came to us as a mid-sized firm looking for a brand refresh and a marketing partner who could guide their ambitious expansion into becoming a much larger firm with a national reputation.
The challenge
The firm had been working with old brand guidelines for years and felt it was time for a refresh. Not just in their logo and fonts, but a thorough, holistic overhaul of the firm’s visual presence. From mailers and magazine ads to social media and Zoom backgrounds, each piece of collateral needed to usher Singleton Schreiber into a new era.
On top of this, Singleton Schreiber was in the midst of a physical expansion from regional to national, opening new offices in New Mexico, Hawaii and more. Since their firm specializes in fire and environmental litigation, this meant we would also have to support their fast-moving deadlines during fire season to make sure victims could receive support with minimal delay.
Finally, Singleton Schreiber was also looking to launch a new social look and website, and needed expert consultation on how best to set their digital presence up for long-term success. The site needed SEO and attribution improvements, and their social media accounts were begging for a recharged look and expertly managed cadence. Phew!

The results
Our first order of business was to delve into the mission, values and culture of the firm. By leading Digital and Creative Mindmap sessions with their leadership, we were able to extract the essence of their people, work and brand in a matter of a few weeks. After several rounds of ideation, we returned with a refreshed version of their visual identity that reflected their growth and burgeoning reputation, as well as a comprehensive brand book to guide future endeavors.
Supporting their expansion was a multi-faceted affair: establishing digital presences for new offices, supporting weekly town halls for disaster survivors, developing landing pages, writing educational resources and more. Within a year, we’d created over 500 social posts and several dozen collateral pieces, from physical flyers and print ads to digital presentations and videos.
Lastly, the firm looked to us to optimize and expand their online presence. For their website, we performed a comprehensive audit on their analytics, SEO and meta data, as well as those of their competitors. Using a combination of paid search/social campaigns and a steady content calendar with an inbound marketing strategy driven by search analytics insights, we supported a 280% increase in site users . On social, we catalyzed a 66% growth in their Instagram following, reaching 9.7 million users on Meta platforms alone in 2023.
One of the reasons why law firms love to work with us is that we have a lawyer at the helm. We can even support brands with the legal side of branding. Interested in an example?
