Zendesk came to us to increase awareness, attendance and engagement at their many events. The answer? Host exclusive events with private invites to show clients and prospects what they're missing. As expert event planners and marketers, we needed to bring together VIPs from across the country and foster face-time with the Zendesk team.

As a brand known for their best-in-class software and service, their events needs to be crème de la crème.

The results

It was an immense pleasure to work with venues and brands to educate, engage and connect with the Zendesk customer base and potential prospects. Together, over two years, we executed events in Los Angeles, Austin and San Francisco that ranged from tech talks to exclusive networking events. The experiences we curated with fantastic foods and innovative cocktails led to important conversations that streamlined Zendesk's customer service tools and improved their overall business practices.
